Okay guys, so since my last one shot was a bit...dark...I decided I'd give you a happy one. I was planning on doing another tragedy but figured it was too mean of a decision. This one is actually based off of a real situation that I've been in with my older sister recently. So yes, it's another one about Amanda and Jess. Who cares? I ship Jamanda. That's right. I said Jamanda. Yes, it's a real "couple name". Not that I ship them like that. That would be...creepy and...disgusting. Just to clear that up. Also, one last...very random...thing. Are any of y'all having bipolar weather too? Down here in Louisiana the mornings are freezing and the nights are hot. One day it'll be freezing, the next like you're on the sun. Is that just here? Whatever. Okay, I'm gonna shut up now.

So yeah...

Amanda pounded on the door with her fist. "Jess!" She yelled. "Jess open the door!" She yelled once more when no reply came. Amanda sighed. "Seriously?" She mumbled opening the door herself.

"Haha! I win! In your face, Phil!" Jess yelled through the headset microphone. "Jessica Lockhart rules over all!" She jumped up from her bed and started doing some type of victory dance.

"Jess." Amanda tried again.

"Maybeck, you're just as bad as he is!" Jess crossed her arms. There was a pause. "Don't you take that tone with me, mister!"

"Jess!"

"Huh? Oh...Hey, Mandy." Jess gave a slight wave before turning back to the screen pressing an abundance of buttons on the Xbox controller in her hands. "Okay, one more match. But no whining when I beat you guys again."

"Just because you've beaten us three times doesn't mean you'll do it a fourth." Came Philby's distinct British voice from the headset.

"Yeah, I agree with Philbo. Don't get too full of yourself, Lockhart."

"Oh...Says the king of narcism!"

"Stop using big words around me!"

"It means to be selfish." Professor Philby said.

There came no reply from Maybeck as the match started. Amanda stood, leaning against the wall, for about five minutes before trying to gain her sister's full attention again. "Jess." She said standing up straight. "Jessie."

"Yeah?" She replied not taking her eyes off the screen.

"I need to talk to you."

"About?"

"Things."

"What kind...of things?"

"Things about things."

"Things about things? What kind of thing is that?" She still wasn't looking at her.

"What kind of thing it is…is a thing about a thing. So get off the Xbox and listen to me. This thing is important."

Jess stopped pushing buttons and slowly turned her head towards her sister. "What even...Amanda, what are you fricking talking about?"

"Jess," Amanda whined, "just...get off. Please?"

"But I'm in the middle of a very important ma―Amanda no. Please don't. Don't turn it off! No. No!" The TV screen went black. No signal was displayed on the screen. "What have you done?!" Jess screeched jumping up from her bed. She fell to her knees dropping the controller and knocking the headset off of her head. "You've put us, and the entire world, to an end!"

"Jess really?" Amanda crossed her arms. "The whole world? Or your world?"

"You're a monster!"Jess exclaimed. She seized Amanda by the shoulders. "A monster, I say!"

It was then that Amanda realized her sister was just messing around now. She grabbed Jess's hands. "Yes," she said, "I am." She pulled Jess's hands off of her shoulders and threw―well, more like slightly pushed―her to the ground, sitting on top of her.

Jess smiled and laughed at her sister's actions. "Get off me." She said between laughs. Amanda, too was now laughing. "What do you weigh? Five hundred pounds?!"

Amanda looked down at the strawberry-blond girl beneath her. "No," she paused, "I weigh five hundred and one pounds."

"You little…" Jess narrowed her eyes and smirked. She waited a second before summoning all of her strength. Eventually, she had successfully managed to free herself from her sister. She jumped up and grabbed…a wand? Ah, yes, a replica wand from the Harry Potter movies. Amanda narrowed her eyes at Jess before grabbing her sister's most prized possession: Jess's actual prop from, wait for it…Star Wars. (A/N: Yes, these are things I actually own. I'm a nerd. I know.) "Amanda, put the lightsaber down." Jess said slowly.

"Put the wand down." Jess almost laughed. "What?" Amana asked confused.

"You'd be a lot more intimidating if you actually turned it on, you know." Jess motioned to the lightsaber, clasped between Amanda's hands, with her chin.

"And you'd be a lot more intimidating if that wand was real."

Jess gasped. "It is real!"

Amanda laughed. "Prove it."

"I will." Jess looked down at the wand she held in her right hand as a smirk made its way onto her face. She slowly looked up, pointed the wand at her sister, and yelled, "Expecto Patronum!" As expected by Amanda, nothing happened. Amanda laughed, covering her mouth with one hand. "Like that thing," she pointed to the lightsaber, "is any more real." Amanda smirked and, stepping forward, turned the lightsaber on. "Jessica Lockhart," she said in a deep voice, "I am your sister." "No!" Jess screamed dropping to her knees. "Star Wars will always beat Harry Potter! Always!" "No." Jess stood up. "Harry Potter is better than Star Wars." "No it's not." "Oh yes it is." The two sisters argued for a while before finally giving up on the whole thing and watching any and every Marvel movies they owned. The two lay on Jess's bed together and wrapped their arms around each other in a giant hug as they currently watched The Avengers. About halfway through the movie, Amanda said, "Captain America is the best." Jess shook her head. "Nope. Iron Man is most definitely the best Avenger. Not some World War II super soldier, who's clad in stars and stripes, and was frozen for sixty-five years." Jess scoffed. "How is some super rich, very intelligent, computer genius, clad in a metal suit, better than Captain America?" "He just is." "Captain America's still better." "Iron Man." "Captain America." And the argument started.
